The Sint Nicolaasschool board of directors decided to rebrand the school’s identity, following the build of a new school building set to be inaugurated at the beginning of the next school year this coming September. They contacted me and asked if I was up for the task. Hell yeah!
We sat down to discuss the ins and outs, and soon after, I had drawn up a whole bunch of ideas that I wanted to flesh out and send out as a first proposal. The team got back to me, having found one clear winning concept.
For the lettering we decided to use Montserrat.
It has great legibility, stern looks and yet a friendly character.
I went back to the computer to refine the logo and work out the rest of the branding and got to building the Style guide book.
